The direct answer
Start with search fundamentals: reachable indexable pages, clear services, useful answers, internal links and accurate schema. No special schema or text file guarantees that an AI answer will mention your business.
Make identity and services clear
Use a consistent company name and contact details. Explain whether the site represents a shipping company or a marketing business such as Shipping Flux. For each actual service, identify its audience, scope and next step. People and crawlers should understand the page without guessing from a logo or image. Do not invent offices or service countries to expand keyword coverage.
Answer before selling
Begin an article or question page with a short direct answer, then explain conditions and practical steps. For example, a question about quote inputs should list the required information before inviting contact. Use descriptive headings and clearly label hypothetical examples. Accuracy and clarity help customers and make content easier to understand as a source.
Choose appropriate schema
Organization can describe the company, Service a service, BlogPosting an article and BreadcrumbList navigation. FAQPage should describe questions and answers visitors can see. Do not add invented ratings, prices, office hours or guarantees. Schema does not guarantee an enhanced search display and cannot replace helpful content.
Review access and linking
Include only published pages in the sitemap, choose a canonical URL and provide correct language alternatives. Ensure robots.txt and hosting rules allow public pages while protecting administration and data files. An llms.txt file can act as an optional identity and link index. It is not an indexing substitute or a guaranteed AI visibility mechanism.
Measure on a realistic horizon
Use Search Console to review indexing issues, relevant queries and search-generated enquiries. A visit from an AI-related domain does not prove permanent visibility. Publishing repeated articles does not automatically create value. Review facts and links, revise content when the service changes, and maintain genuine modification dates.
